Steelax provides end-to-end modular interior solutions, including but not limited to:

All services are subject to feasibility, site conditions, and mutually agreed specifications.
4. Product Customization & Orders
All Steelax products are made-to-order and customized as per client requirements.
- Designs, finishes, materials, and configurations are finalized prior to order confirmation.
- Once approved, changes may not be feasible or may incur additional costs.
- Visual representations (renders, samples, finishes) are indicative and may vary slightly in final execution due to manufacturing processes.
5. Pricing & Payments
- Pricing is based on selected materials, finishes, hardware, and scope of work.
- A structured payment schedule will be shared at the time of order confirmation.
- Orders are processed only upon receipt of the initial advance payment.
- Delays in payment may result in project delays or suspension of work.
All prices are subject to applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
6. Materials & Specifications
Steelax uses premium-grade materials including stainless steel (304, 202) and galvanized iron depending on application and budget.
While we strive for consistency and quality, minor variations in texture, finish, or color may occur due to:
- Batch differences
- Lighting conditions
- Surface treatments
Such variations are not considered defects.
7. Installation & Site Readiness
- Installation timelines depend on site readiness and access conditions.
- The client is responsible for ensuring that the site is prepared as per agreed specifications (civil work, electrical points, plumbing readiness, etc.).
- Any delays caused due to incomplete site readiness may impact delivery timelines.
Steelax’s installation team ensures precision fitting and functional completion based on approved designs.
8. Warranty
Steelax offers a lifetime warranty on stainless steel components against rust and material degradation, subject to standard usage conditions.
Warranty does not cover:
- Damage due to misuse, negligence, or external impact
- Normal wear and tear of accessories and hardware
- Third-party modifications or repairs
- Improper maintenance or exposure beyond recommended use
Detailed warranty documentation will be provided at the time of installation.
9. Maintenance & Usage
Steelax products are designed for low maintenance and long-term use.
- Regular cleaning using non-abrasive materials is recommended
- Avoid harsh chemicals or corrosive agents
- Follow care guidelines provided during handover
Failure to adhere to maintenance guidelines may impact product performance and warranty applicability.
10. Cancellations & Refunds
- Orders once confirmed and processed are generally non-cancellable due to the customized nature of products.
- Any cancellation request will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed after deducting design, production, and administrative costs.
11. Intellectual Property
All designs, layouts, concepts, and content shared by Steelax remain the intellectual property of the company.
Clients may not reproduce, distribute, or reuse these materials without prior written consent.
12. Limitation of Liability
Steelax shall not be held liable for:
- Indirect or consequential damages arising from product use
- Delays caused by external factors beyond control (force majeure, site conditions, vendor delays)
- Variations inherent to manufacturing and material processes
Our liability, in all cases, shall be limited to the value of the order.
13. Privacy & Data Usage
All client information shared with Steelax is handled with confidentiality and used solely for project execution, communication, and service enhancement.
We do not sell or distribute personal data to third parties without consent, except where required by law.
14. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
